Hello everyone I’m actually the person that has her. I will never let her loose in the streets, I’m actually a groomer she was really matted and just in bad shape i got her all nice cleaned and groom. Im just not getting any help and animal control isn’t picking up my calls Ive left like 10 voice mails and no one is getting back to me if you guys have any advice i would really appreciate that ❤️
