I had ended up in the hosp on April 26 in the early am. I let my apmt know and gave permission for my neighbor to check on my dog Cooper l. After I got the ok they still called animal services. I got home 3 pm later that day and he was gone. I go to troutdale shelter location the following afternoon. They told me the original owners that had him chipped came and picked him up. Please if anyone knows where my dog of 3 and half years is please contact me. He is my legally registered emotional support animal. My sister and I originally adopted him from a woman in beaverton Oregon. I really am lost without my dog. Every time I walk though my door i feel like he's gonna come jump in me with excitement. Please if anyone knows his whereabouts or who picked him up please call or text. thank you
