I was at the swimming river under the memorial Bridge, but had my three dogs with me. There was a black female lab with a pink collar that was swimming and then came up on shore. I’m thinking she lost her owners in the current. I couldn’t take her, but that’s where she was last seen under the bridge near the bank of the river.
