Jennifer Lennox owner hasn’t been found yet no one is claiming me and my boyfriend have been caring for him since last night and he is on a trip to hangout with the shop dogs while he works. He had no collar and no microchip so we are just waiting until someone comes forward

Was the owner found , I am just curious because I saw this dog yesterday at 5:45am , so close to Rt 53 and I prayed no one would hit him.
