Make sure to ask for lots proof of ownership, get scanned for a chip and notify all the shelters within 50 miles.

Carol Unger Dale I have reported him 3 times. Unfortunately it took an hour the first time for them to get to my house and he was gone by then. And the other 2 times I reported him nobody even showed up
