Whoever picked up the dog and put it in their car please take to the Warren police department, my grand daughter was chasing Lovely because she snuck out of the yard on Farnum Street she was running on Arsenal and a car stopped and picked up Lovely and put her in their car, please if you have a heart please return my daughters dog, she is crying and cannot stop . God Bless you and keep you special, Amen please share this post my daughter has had this dog since she was 12 weeks old,SHES BEEN FOUND AND RETURNED.
