Beige dog, is partially blind but has good hearing.

I would like to help this dog find his owner because he seems to be sad. He was roaming my apmt complex when I found him. He was also very untrusting but I managed to carry him inside my apmt. I cannot keep him for long because pets are not allowed in my complex. If an owner is not found I will have to take him to The Fresno Animal Center on Airways Blvd.
