MORE dogs DIE from those cones around Dogs necks then Surgery. HOW? because after surgery or a medical procedure, just like people, Dogs need lots of water lots of fluids, or they will easily dehydrate. with the cones around their heads they can't reach the water, over night and during the days they can't reach the water bowls when they are feel thirsty, which the dog will rapidly lose conscious dying over night due to dehydration. USE soft cones if you must use a cone, it will prevent the dog from licking the spot and allow the dog to drink as much water as he needs.
