Sighted by little Cedar Bayou Park with 3 other dogs (black collie is posted also, and one of the other 3 dogs sighted). They were not accompanied by anyone so I think they formed a pack. I could not get closer as I had my dogs with me inside the park. They appeared friendly but lost.
