Oso recently had surgery and needs his . He was last seen around 6th St. and Hope. When he got lost him he had on a blue muzzle and cone on his head. We are offering $1000 reward for him. Please help return our little guy to us.

Hi this is my little guy. We have been going to shelters and handing flyers walking skid row. I even paid $150 to boost this but I was barely able to find it. I hope it reaches someone that can help.
