Roxanne Kb I have a trap ! But I don’t drive also police station aren’t going to help either since they changed their policy and being petty 🤷🏻‍♀️unless someone helps by coming once he’s trapped with their own scanner

Post to Chicago Community Cats TNR there are likely some feeders in the area that might have a humane trap you can borrow to read his tag and have him scanned

Lure him to you? Smelly food? Gentle prodding? Looks like a pet - not a stray. He is going to get hurt. His tag could put you in touch with the owner. They need to be made aware. They need to secure and protect him.
