Stray but friendly. Found with no collar and had probably been there for a while. He was friendly with kids and when I tried to take off the cupcake wrapper. He sat quietly when pictures were being taken. Most likely lost or abandoned. If someone can please take the dog in and care for him.

I managed to give the dog a cupcake before I had to leave and my friend gave him 3 plates of leftovers(rice, chicken, salad) Not what a dog should have but better than nothing. He was quite friendly when playing with kids at the party and wasn't aggressive when I took the cupcake to take off the wrapper. He was however timid. He quietly sat when photos were being taken. No one claimed the dog and he probably has been living there for a while, either lost or abandoned. I couldn't take him home since I was taking home my friend who is allergic to dogs, I live two hours away and I have a cat at home too. If someone can, please try to take in the dog, he is probably still there. The place was a pretty big field too.
