He was running in the middle of the road and we chased him for almost an hour trying to catch him, I finally caught him and he is now in my possession. Trying to find his owner. He is an old male, super small dog, tongue hangs out.

NovaLee Knopp This is a 100% chihuahua. We have a carbon copy of this old boy here at One Last Good Sanctuary. In factr, they look so alike I had to check to see if our Duke Pedro Frijoles was in his favorite arm chair!

I found an older black female chihuahua today at the dollar tree on ocean beach in Longview and she's now at the humane society.
