Tabby male, a little skinny, appears fixed.
Message from Finder
Sweet little fella! He is a little skittish but let me pet him quite a bit. Recognized I was offering kibble food and came immediately. Would not let me pick him up, and wandered off. I will leave food out to try and keep him close in case this is someone’s baby!
