Please be very careful about people saying things like that. It could be true yes but I’d ask for photos cause she had the dog for three weeks and she was trying to find the owners of it then she should have photos of some type be very careful people will lie to you through their teeth and they’ll take these dogs and abuse them and even if she did have the dogs for last three weeks, has she tried to find the owner have you taken to a vet and have it scanned for a chip? What does she name the dog? I’m just saying be very careful. They will use them for bait dogs. I would make sure to see a dog end up in a shelter then as a bait dog.
