Esme David i am the finder. he is not chipped or wearing collar. the owner called and accused of me stealing his dog then cussed me out showed up to my job and cussed us out again and assaulted my boss and refused the pay the vet bill for his injured dog. then! choked the dog trying him out of my boss’ hand.
