Description

Black and White boy with a small shaved spot on his leg with dried blood has a scratched purple collar with no nametag he’s very sweet but is yowling likely due to being in heat or in pain I’m not sure.

I’m not sure if he has an owner but he does have a collar just no nametag I can’t bring him inside my hse due to my pets nor do I have any cat carrier to get him in but I’d really like to see him safe.

Not in heat the cat is a he. That's only for female cats, so maybe in pain. Could have bladder stones if not able to pass urine. I would take to a vet to scan for a chip. File online found reports with shelters. Require proof of ownership. Post on nextdoor and post flyers.
