After 8 days, Taz was located this morning at 5 am. He appears to be in good health. We are so relieved.

Thanks for the tips everyone! We have done everything mentioned above. Still no sign of him. A few sightings last Friday from a neighbor's doorbell camera. Considering the rain, wind, and cold temps, we hope someone has taken him in for now. We miss him terribly.

Phone types bad . Most likely close by . They going out at night when it is quit out and look for him or call his name

Also leave out sore thing with his scent on . I was told to leave litter box and food out . Did not work . Another cat ate it . Leave out his clothes , window and door open . Lost Lille close by

Rent or borrow a humane trap. The SPCA and other animal shelters rent them out for $100. When you return the trap you get your $100 back. Place the trap near where the cat escaped. Put some of the cat's favorite food and treats inside of the trap along with an article of your clothing with your scent on it. This method worked for me on two different occasions. If you trap the wrong cat or some other animal, put a blanket over the trap leaving the door exposed. Stand behind the trap and release the animal. Reset the trap. Time is of the essence so do this asap. Good luck and God bless.
