It was dark out, so hard to see. Looked like a larger long-haired tan or brown dachshund or a mix of one (short legs, long back), dragging a leash.

Would not come near me. Collar,tag combo made a soft jingling sound when the pup walked. I tried to catch the pup but it was too scared to let me get close. Last saw walking down Woodmark dr towards Sandridge and Kerrow.
