Update 7-26-2026 : Tommy's back home now as of yesterday afternoon. I followed the advice of a couple of instructors at the school where I work at and I was successful in getting him back in the house. Initially he was not happy at all to be back inside but he warmed up to me after a while. All is right with the world again. 🐈🩶🐾🤍🙏🏾

UPDATE 7/22/2026: He came back home; I saw him at my neighbor's apartment upstairs with his cone still around his neck, but I was unable to keep him in my arms before he squirmed away from me. Now he is roaming free within the community. I cannot grab him on my own and desperately need assistance. If you live within the community or surrounding neighborhood, please try to contain him and call me immediately. I am currently at work and cannot leave to come home, so if you can keep him secure until I arrive, I would greatly appreciate it.
