I have seen a tan puppy with white fur. Hurt right paw turquoise collar with brown leather? Gave it some water. Maybe a female?

I drove around the hood and did not see the dog anywhere. Not sure if dog belongs to person at this complex or is a stray. I'm willing to help with vet bills to get this sad painful looking puppy healed by vet. Please let me know if you see her/him. You can reach me here at any time. Thanks.

I have just been to the apartment complex where this dog was seen yesterday and, believe it or not, found the exact same spot and the water bowl left by the finder yesterday. I knocked on a few doors and a couple people answered. Those who answered their door had not seen the dog around the complex.
