My two dogs Neeka and Harley are missing. My kids haven’t stopped crying since. Please help me find my babies. My friends and I have rode up and down the road for hours looking for them. Neeka is a shepherd that black and tan. Mostly black. They are friendly and do not have their collars on. Harley is posted in the picture. If found please call at anytime night or day
