Betty Fillenwarth o, Betty, I am reaching out to you via this post because I tried to reach you by phone through the Pawboost app. I am a feeder in Kendall and have recently seen an all black cat lose in one of my colonies. I have only seen it maybe three or four times because every time I see it, it's running through the parking lot very scared. When I try to follow it, it totally disappears. I leave food in different places but have not been lucky enough to see it up close so I don't know if it is a female or a male.
