update: found this baby around 10pm last night and kept him overnight, he really wanted to be inside.. he is 100% someone's pet and misses his owners😔 he cried throughout the night and would only stop when comforted. other than being scared and confused, he's very friendly and well-trained, knows how to sit and everything! I am unable to foster but will be taking him to the Long Beach Animal Shelter off Spring when it opens. hoping he finds his owners, or at the least a loving ! please help spread the word, he is genuinely such a good boy :(

update! Henry was chipped and able to be scanned at the shelter and has been returned to his owner :)

Nice doggy maybe you can have it scanned for microchip first before bringing him to the shelter. It looks like he has an owner very clean thank you for caring. Good luck.
