Just to address some comments I've gotten here and elsewhere: There is no microchip. I have posted this on paw boost, petco love lost, multiple Facebook groups, nextdoor, and the ring doorbell app. I put physical flyers up around the area we found him, checked local vet and doggie daycare to see if they recognized him, and left my info with animal control and the shelter. Still no word, but we will keep looking for the owner. And yes, I will require proof of ownership.
