The dog is deceased. No chip and the person that picked him up said it looked like he had been dead at least a couple of days.

Texas again. Poor baby was probably dumped because that’s all Texas knows how to do. Abandoned dogs everywhere. So sad. No one ever held accountable. Meanwhile it’s a crime and law to not abandon. Jail!!
