Small dog, looked like a Yorkshire Terrier

This cute dog needs to get back home! It was a long way from any homes, walking along Sanitary Landfill Rd, ~2 miles south of the Fred Hervey Water Treatment Plant. Spotted about 7:15am. I stopped a few times and tried to give her water but she was shy and changed direction.
