Some poste a photo of an identical looking dog wandering by John Marshall (that's off W140) but I didn't note y The date & time of the post. A second poster is telling people they can keep the dog. "Because it has a special government chip" and he (not Tracy) doesn't want it around. Says it's his mother's dog.
