He's black and white. He also has a collar on with his name, and my information on the back (name, phone#, and address). He also has a larger size bell that kinda sounds like a Christmas bell and is louder than the normal cat collar bells.

Message from Owner

I'm still missing my baby boy. I just recently found out that coyotes are back, but I haven't heard them lately. I'm just praying that one of them did not get a hold of him, and that some how he got turned around and/or lost his way. We've lived here for almost 8 yrs and he never goes any further than he can hear me call. He comes every single time I call him. If you do see him, it's easier to get a hold of me through text and not phone call. Thank you so much to everyone❤️

Be sure and post on Nextdoor.com, NKY Lost & Found Pets and Erlanger/Florence Lost Pets. Put up flyers everywhere including in your yard, hang some of your unwashed clothing outside, and put out some smelly food. Check under decks and porches, inside garages and outdoor building, and around bushes and tree lines; ask neighbors to do the same. Go outside late at night when it’s quiet and call for him while shaking his favorite treats, use a flashlight to help see his eyes.

Please check nearby storm drains, vehicle engines, and tire wells, plus attics and bats, garages and sheds, shrubs and bushes, and under buildings and porches. Good luck.

get a live trap, they are fairly cheap, my Jane wanted to come back but was too overwhelmed and scared. Eventually she was found eating a cheeseburger in the trap, Tuna in oil also makes a lot of scent. I believe in Jane's case, the live trap was her only chance. Best of luck and a swift resolve for you I hope

Info for lost indoor/outdoor cats…….Pass out flyers to all your neighbors, let them know your cat is missing & ask them to open any sheds or garages for 10 mins & walk away. If your cat got trapped inside, while exploring an open shed/garage, then hopefully it will come out. Ask neighbors to check their security cameras and keep watch for your cat moving through their yard at night by way of the cameras. Put up brightly colored posters on poles surrounding your neighborhood. Cover them in clear pack tape to keep dry. Also, Beware that you will get texts from scammers wanting you to text codes or do “xyz” to prove you are owner. A new scam is to call from a pet hospital’s sed phone number and ask for payment up front for your “severely injured”pet. Hang up & call the pet hospital directly or go in person. A person who truly has your cat will only ask you to show them photos of your pet off your phone. Also, people will tell you how they used a recovery/search agency to find their pet. Also, a scam to take your money. Most of those services are not even in the TriState. Exception is, Reaves Recovery and Rescue or Eye in the Sky-Drone Animal Recovery. They are here in Cincinnati, West Chester, Dayton area, but do charge a fee since they are a business. File a Lost cat report with Cincinnati Animal CARE or your local animal shelter & area rescues. Stray hold is only 3 days in Ohio before animal can be adopted out. Local shelters often have lost & found Facebook pages. When you find your cat, please consider making it an indoor only cat. Just too many dangers out there. They do adjust, mine did. Hope you find your kitty!
