Marilyn Ingalls Komulainen Marilyn, Thank you so much for your good advice. I propped open my back door and put Fezzie's litter box outside. Forty minutes later he was on the porch. My husband scooped him up and put him in my arms. He was a bit wet but in great shape. He looked at me like what took you so long? He had used the box by the way. He's had lots of love, cookies and food and is sleeping the day away. I am thrilled with how well that litter box suggestion worked. You are very appreciated.

Put your clothes outside as a scent. Have neighbors check cellars sheds garages and vehicles. They get trapped. Look under porches and sheds etc. Have a Heart trap with tuna. Cover trap with blanket and watch trap. Look at night often with flashlight. Check attics drawers and in trees 🌲. Culverts. Flyers everywhere. Check town authorities and vets. Look at lost and found pet sites shelters in case brought in. Craigslist too. Get kids you know to help look. Check behind walls and insulation. Abandoned buildings. Leave the door open for cat or window.
