Really worried about this girl with the high heat and humidity outside. I gave her ice water and will try canned food next. I'm not able to take her into a vet myself until later this evening.

Thank u for feeding and watering. List a more precise location like cross streets. How friendly is it. check with neighbors, post on nextdoor or any neighborhood facebook pages or email lists. If there is no owner, coax with food into your garage or indoors or into a carrier. If you have a carrier, any clinic can scan for a chip. If not, call dispatch 608-255-2345 and they can pick up from a garage or a carrier and take to the humane society. Bear in mind that after 5 or 6 they won’t do this so cat would have to be taken to UW vet hospital in a carrier or kept cool in ur garage. Use a fan
