Message from Finder
This baby is in front of my hse, he/she has a collar on but no identifiable information. I'm located off of Challenger and Ave L. It seems to be an elderly dog, I offered water but I am highly allergic to pet dander so I cannot bring her/him inside. I tried calling him to my porch, but it's just laying on the corner in the shade.
