Debbie Parker Stallings nope. She has been reported as well for other things. The neighbors have been calling social workers for weeks now. The neighbors were feeding and giving water to the dogs though.

Nem Chavez - sad. Is the aide feeding the dog(s)? Dogs are comfort to ill owners. Aide needs to realize that. Pyrenees are devoted to their owners. Very sad.

I think he belongs to 8827 Rustown dr. The owner is terminally ill and lives alone. The dogs came back at one point but the health aide wouldn’t let them in. Animal control has been called several times and they don’t do anything.
