Very skittish kitty with some white, black, and light brown colors

My sister just saw this cat on her walk at SW Walnut St, Tigard near Fowler Middle School. Does anyone recognizes it? It ran away (hopefully to its home). My sister said it looked lost. Hopefully this sighting helps owner know where to look for it.

Trish Park I have not. One person reached out in June that they are trying to catch her, but I haven't heard from them since. They haven't responded to my emails. I was hoping someone will recognize it from my post from that area, but no one reached out 🙁.
