She was last seen on this site 7 months ago when I was 17/18 facing homelessness I gave her to a family friend to foster. Recently about a week ago I found her on an adoption site in Springfield Virginia. Im from Baltimore Maryland When I tried to retrieve her she was already in the process of going’s to another family.

You contact the adoption site and they told you she was in the process of being adopted, but they didn't pause long enough for you to prove ownership?

Please go back to the Springfield, Va adoption page and show them proof of your ownership and demand to know the family’s info and reach out to them. And how the could the friend that was fostering your dog just take her to be adopted without letting you know????
