Set-up a Scent Station outside, with the owner's dirty clothes/tie socks to trees, sprinkle vacuum dust in the yard, etc. Try grilling out some meat... Post also to Nextdoor & Pawboost, (their basic service is free.) Put an Ad in the local newspapers; check Craigslist. Post Lost Dog signs in the area lost & seen, (in a 5 mile radius); Give Flyers to neighbors/Mail and Delivery people; ask to please check under sheds, decks, creekbeds, etc. Report lost to area shelters; check often in person, if possible. Hope this helps to locate the lost pet!
