Description
Male Blue Healer (or mix). Appears unaltered, no collar, has tail. Skittish but not aggressive. Haven’t been able to get close to him.

Multiple neighbors have spotted this guy over the past week. Does not appear to be underweight. Can’t scan for chip because he literally turns and walks away if I attempt to walk towards or even try calling him.
