I would check directly with the BARC shelter asap as well as all city & county pounds, a lot of people take lost/stray animals there thinking they will help, but Barc operates like a pound. Lots of dogs turned in there....also look on Nextdoor, Ring app, & craigslist under found pets. Theres also a fb page Volunteers of Barc & local pound websites, I would check directly with facilities not all are listed online & they are constantly updating.
