And when you find your poor dog, please have it microchip and license at the shelter licensing is the law. And have it groom, as well because it looks very matted. Poor dog no wonder it looks so sad.

For Buddy’s people: You have likely done this already but if not, please post flyers in the area where Buddy went missing, and knock on doors. Not everyone is on social media. You might also ask folks to check their security monitors... Might capture something useful the footage. Also remember to check the Pawboost FOUND and SIGHTINGS listings, also remember to check with local animal shelters. And phone to ask their current protocols. I have heard that visiting in person to review their intake logs is the best way to get accurate information. Also consider posting to Nextdoor. I hope to read a positive update on Buddy soon!
