OAS is a good shelter , he will be safe there. If owners don’t claim him he will be fixed , vetted and microchipped before adoption to a screened adopter. That will be the best start in life for this cutie!

File a found report with the shelter asap and post on Nextdoor. Get it scanned for a microchip at any nearby vet office. The shelter is the first place people go looking for their dog. Do not give to anyone unless they show proof it is their dog. Thanks for keeping this cutie safe in the meantime.
