He doesn’t come to people easily if he doesn’t know you. He does not have a collar on. He was just neutered and chipped a week ago. He is shaved down because when we got him, he was full of Mats. He has long legs and two little sores on the insides of his ear flaps. His wound from getting neutered is still there and not yet healed.
