Marilyn Johnson not that I heard. I only live about 15 minutes from downtown where he was lost by the shelter and I’ve been driving the area every chance in the evenings after work. last Saturday and Sunday I handed out flyers wherever I could. I even keep one in my front car window. I believe the only time somebody said they thought they saw him was near the Middlebrook Pike area by the interstate but other than those two people that was it. Really praying and hoping that maybe somebody took him in to a safe environment but wish he would come up soon. I feel so sad for Sammy’s family.

Jane Testerman appears to be the CEO of that shelter. I would be calling and asking to speak to her on Monday and ask what are they doing to him since they lost him. Or could be possible she doesn’t even know about it. But I think she should. Also, I’ve been driving around the shelter and the interstate since someone had mentioned from Food city around 4:30 in the morning which is the same time as a woman on another post said she thought she saw him near the I 40 W. and Middlebrook exit. I did stop at that shelter and the lady in office did print me copies of your flyers and so I handed them out various places. I put up flyers at Food city near the shelter and the fire department as well as the police. I even went to the WATE news station and there was a guy getting out of his car who happens to be an editor and I gave him the flyer as well. I think if we can get as many people on foot to be looking and handing out flyers that may help.
