Our cat even has a few black whiskers among the beige ones like this found cat. The whiskers come and go, so they are not necessarily an ID mark, but it caught my eye.

He was not only fat, but would be considered big even if he lost a lot of weight. His tail is over 14" long, and his legs are long. His nose is pink. I can't tell from the picture here, but it seems this one has a darker nose. Ours has a cat friend in our household, and they have been together since they were 10-12 weeks old. He also tries to be friendly with our older cat, but she won't play with him. It's not impossible to believe that he might be unfriendly with cats he doesn't know, especially if they are nearby when he wants to eat. Chilly Mack will be 3 on July 4th. We are miserable about his disappearance.

I just saw your post. Our light orange tabby escaped on May 2nd because a door wasn't shut properly and blew open. I don't think this is our cat, but we are checking every possible lead. We live in east Plano near Parker and Los Rios. Our neutered male has a microchip. He was fat at the time of his disappearance, almost seven weeks ago. Chilly Mack is an indoor cat who was never outside before that. If he turned up many miles from home, it's possible he got into someone's U-haul or maybe a truck and went for a ride, so we can't be entirely sure this isn't him.
