Frisky is missing from just south of Silver Lake since the night of September 3rd. Sometime in I believe October, someone in Sauk Rapids (near Saint Cloud) saw a cat who looks just like Frisky at Fischer's Garden mobile park, but I'm not sure if that was actually Frisky, so Frisky may still be in the Silver Lake/Glencoe/Hutchinson area.
