Description
Straight black with white whiskers. No other color anywhere. VERY friendly and tries to walk into my hse. This is why I assume that he is someones pet.

Seems too friendly to be feral. Really wants to be with people I think. I have other cats and a dog so I cant take him/her in. Seems to have a bit of a wonky left eye. Thats why I call it "Wonky-Eyed Joe". If hes not someones pet he can easily become your pet in a few minutes. Health might be declining too. :( Seems a bit lethargic compared to the past few weeks
