Kern County Animal services 3951 Fruitvale Ave has a scanner available to the public now outside of the building 24/7 access📣 (There are 2 Emergency vets open 24/7: VCA 8610 Harris Rd and Animal ER & Urgent care 4300 Easton Dr.) NOR Pet Resort 207 China Grade Loop 8-5 Banfield Pet Hospital(PetSmart) 8-6 mon-sat **Any vet and Animal Shelter will scan for chips free and no appt.
