DESCRIPTION
If anyone is missing a black cat he/she has been hanging around our home. We live in Portsmouth off of Race street. To my knowledge it isn't one of the "neighborhood cats". Every time I try to open the door to see if it is friendly, it runs away. I haven't seen any sign of a collar or anything either.
