Put something you wore outside cause your dog can smell your scent for miles and find the way home easier. Replace every few days.

Did you call local shelters just in case.? I would notify Peaceable Kingdom and Lehigh County Humane and The Sanctuary at Haafsville. Let them know she is lost. If they don't answer leave a message describing Bella. I had Yorkies for many years and several times they escaped but they did not go far. happens . I hope you find her.
