We found them about a month ago then they ran off and lost them and yesterday they came back to us to our gate we're trying to locate the owner someone text me and told me that might be my neighbor's dogs but my phone was water damaged the same day so I couldn't get back to that person please if anyone has seen I recognizes who the owner might be reach out I cannot keep them that long and they have been whining and crying someone please help

Yeah these are my neighbors dogs. I dont think they want them. They have been lost 3 times - the last time so guy had them and offered to take them home. I never seen them after that until now. Poor babies !
