Was probably a very small child holding the leash…sadly it wasn’t a good idea…poor dog got spooked and ran. Running around with a leash can be very dangerous this dog could get stuck to something and be unable to free itself…😔

She was lost Friday night at 8:30pm on north street headed toward McKay and may have gone down Columbia. She’s also not brown - she’s blonde or tan.
